[FEATURE] Self-contained AAS-descriptors containing submodel-descriptors

Hi all,

I stumbled upon this image from the slide deck of IDTA tech days ((C) SAP).

In or (ABB's) use-case of getting documentation for the device we would also appreciate having a special configuration option for the AAS-registry to eqither query or cache SM-Repository endpoints and deliver it within the standrdized aas-descriptor (per defintion they may conaint submodel-descriptors).
