When the layers of the viewpoints basic mass, basic price or basic perfo are activated on a diagram, it is impossible to move components from a container to another.
Furthermore, if an element is moved from within the Project Explorer view while a layer of the viewpoints is activated, the diagrams are not updated.

I tried to reproduce this bug with the cybersecurity viewpoint, but to no avail. It seems exclusive to the basic mass, price and perfo viewpoints.
