[vpms] Configuration icon in Configuration elements table is not updated

View of table and project explorer inconsistency in Configuration icon

Steps for reproduction:

1.Create LAB
2.Create Logical Component LC
3.Add Configuration C1 to LC
4.Set "Selected elements are" to "excluded"
5.Verify that Configuration C1 icon is "Ce" under LC in project explorer.
6.Create "Configuration Elements" table "CEtable" on LC
7.Open "CETable" and check that C1 icon is "Ce"
8.Select C1 and change "Selected elements are" to "included".
9.Verify that C1 icon in project explorer is "Ci"
10.Verify that C1 icon in CETable header is still "Ce".

Expected behavior: Configuration icon be consistent in model explorer and all table references.

It seems the icon in the table is always the same from the time of creation.
