Missing ECA, Missing Sign off by

While we are happy with a pull request, we need to follow the Eclipse Contribution Process. This basically means:

  • Each commit needs to contain Author header with the email address. Note that the signed-off-by requirement is no longer valid since 2021-03-31.
  • The email address used for an author or signing the commit needs to be associated with the Eclipse Account of the requester of the pull request.
  • Using the Eclipse Account, the Eclipse Contribution Agreement (ECA) needs to be signed.
