Agenda point 4, New "Automotive" top level project in Eclipse

As iceoryx is not a domain specific technology we will stay in the "Technology" top level project for now. Connection to automotive projects and working groups are welcome

Bosch is currently investigating if the companies in the copyright header should be listed in another way (separate lines?). Another topic is a more machine readable copy right / license header to make tool-based evaluation easier (see https://spdx.org/licenses/) . Will be addressed in #483
