The Browser crash issue on the new macOS 13 is tracked by eclipse-platform/eclipse.platform.swt#452. It currently looks like an Apple/Webkit issue and is being investigated by Webkit.

No Equinox, JDT Core and Platform Resources sign offs so I'm proceeding without them. Only failing test in these components tests is org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model.EncodingTests#test021 and on windows only. If you find some major issue please come up with PR and ask PMC for respin.
