DirectToolItem disappears on Perspective Reset #107

A button added with menu:DirectToolItem can disappear on Reset Perspective. I think this might be a regression introduced between Photon (good) and 2022-03 (bad) but I didn't test inbetweenies. It might need more than one tab to happen.

In Eclipse IDE for RCP and RAP Developers - 2022-03

  1. Switch to the Plugin Development perspective.
  2. (I have several files open)
  3. Window → Perspective → Reset Perspective
