Improve fetching of publications

Currently fetching all dois found in the readme that come from doi.org and exist in openalex.org

Zenodo seems like the biggest source of missing data.

There's also a formatting bug in the readme url parser that's leaving ) and other bits in the end of the url that needs to be fixed
