I've been using this workflow for years, so many thanks for that first!
The more it's vexing that I seem to have run into some limit or something, because I'm missing many repos in my list – especially newer ones. Since I'm member of some bigger organizations, could it be there's some limit or paging?
I have tried:
rebuild local cache
get new token
rebuild local cache again (like 10x)
Nothing helped and I never got an error message.
Thanks again.

Hey, thanks for using the workflow and your feedback!
It's true that there's a limit on the number of resources it shows. I may need to think more on how to add support for paginating many results because Alfred has a limit of items you can show.
Thanks for the quick feedback! hmm, would it be easier to add some kind of filter? Particularly, I don't care for 99% of my organizations (e.g. https://github.com/orgs/python/repositories?type=all 😳) but would really like to see all of mine. 😅
