Set default for notification of session expiry to 'Alerts'

We have several users complaining that they miss the notification that their eduVPN session is expiring. Can you make the default to be set to notification 'Alerts' when someone installs the eduVPN client? This way they need to click away the notification and it won't go away automatically.

The app has no control over these settings, so we cannot set the default as 'Alerts'. We'll instead try to incorporate this into the UI text that tells the user about notifications.
