Event creation form should ask for the event date #41

Right now it only requires a deadline. We would need to have the event date so we can show it in "upcoming events" even after the deadline passed.

We were waiting for a release of plone.app.event. It is released now, so we can integrate it. Not a rookie task, me or @iElectric need to do it.
