Adding xyce to the list of tools

Adding xyce to the list of supported tools would be very nice. Having xyce alongside Ngspice would enable a more optimized analog flow.

In that case it should be relatively straightforward, I'll look into it!

For now, you can run nix shell nixpkgs#xyce to get a shell with Xyce.
Note that the executable name is Xyce, starting with an uppercase letter.
