We should update our EUI font family to what is used here:
https://github.com/elastic/eui/blob/ca7d71f894628fee4ef098b03989c67d12091edb/src/themes/amsterdam/global_styling/variables/_typography.ts#L31

This could eventually fix some problem with canvas text calculations
