Details

Logstash was failing to start because there was a setting that pointed to a file that did not exist. The error message wasn't the greatest, provided it provided a horrible traceback on a following log line from the original error. As such, we need to find a way to better surface error messages and provide appropriate context and not surface horrible tracebacks.
