Description

What
We will be turning the entityCentricExperience off by default for 8.x, 9.x and serverless users from 8.18. We need to ensure documentation for this is not discoverable by users.

We should just need to remove the following documentation:

https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/serverless/current/observability-inventory.html
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/serverless/current/observability-elastic-entity-model.html

There should be no parts of the UI which which point towards this documentation (any links are handled via a short-link too so we can always point them somewhere else remotely if we need to)

When
8.18

Why
There are significant changes to our prioritisation and architecture that means we want to pause work on Inventory and EEM and ensure it is only used as a mechanism for ad hoc feedback facilitated by Elastic (not open to all by default).
