Add ability to remove notification dot on the dock icon

While we can already silence notifications from showing bubbles, playing sounds, and appearing in the notification center, there's no option to prevent notifications from creating a red bubble on the app's icon in the dock.

For apps that frequently generate notifications, such as email, I'd like to be able to keep the app open without being distracted by the red dot each time I look at my dock. Can we add this as a notification option?

I'm not sure if this is technically possible with Plank at the moment, but I would like to add it if we can!

Maybe, if per app is difficult, this could be nice at least to disable badges alltogether when Do Not Disturb is on ?
