Hello, I am unable to install the Philips Hue plug-in for my Stream Deck v2.

Here is the error message Error: "Unable to Install 'Unknown' plugin.

I tried the link from Elgato Marketplace link and got the error. https://marketplace.elgato.com/product/philips-hue-a670a2ef-a203-4567-92d7-8e7b914fe59a Which led me to the github. I then downloaded the com.elgato.philips-hue.streamDeckPlugin and still getting the same error.

Here is a screenshot of what pops up in the Stream Deck app.

I was just running version 5.x and had no issues. I saw another post about this but it's still open. https://github.com/elgatosf/streamdeck-philipshue/issues/58

If I uninstall and put 5.x back on, it works. Now I need 6.x for some of the new features.

I have the latest Windows update, and all the other drivers too. Tried a normal reboot of the computer. All the basic troubleshooting steps.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Did you install the Philips-Hue plugin previously from the store?
If so, it could be that this is the problem.
If not - you should raise an issue with StreamDeck-support, because if installation fails there's nothing we can do from the plugin's side. Sorry.
