The vlang language server has changed from vls to v-analyzer. Add support for v-analyzer.

vls is archived and no longer compiles with the current version of v - 0.4.8 NB not the weekly releases. The vlang organization has moved on to and recommends v-analyzer as the new language server.

I have an implementation of lsp-v.el that works (on my machine!) but I'm not sure if anything else is required. Happy to send it a pull request.

The pre-requisite is that both v and v-analyzer executables are available on your $PATH
