Outdated dependency react-lottie

[KS-HTK]

react-lottie seems to be outdated and will most likely not recive updates.
It requires npm ^3.0.0, the issue is open since 2019 and a PR has not been merged since 09/2019 either. It also requires a outdated version of core-js.

There seems to be a fork to fix this.

It would be great if there is a possibility to install dash-extensions without the lottie module alltogether, as i do not need this particular part of dash-extensions.
