Persistence, spawning windows in the wrong location upon restore #5396

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Add persistence to features in cargo.toml
  2. Launch the program
  3. Move windows to the far right
  4. Restart the program and see the windows moved in the wrong position (if the windows are small enough)

Expected behaviour
Open the program and the windows are in the same position as they were when I exited
