Provide a 3rd copy of files in preservation storage

Emory Digital Collections should replicate a 3rd copy of files in preservation storage to achieve our long term goals and align with best practices. We currently only store 2 copies.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

• As a preservation curator, I want ingested files copied to a third location, so that I can minimize data loss and also better confirm integrity between copies
• As a preservation curator, I want the third copy of files to use a different storage platform than AWS, to align with best practices of storage diversity
• As a preservation curator, I want the ability to check integrity of files in the 3rd copy service, so that I can periodically validate that data loss or corruption has not occurred

Status quo: retain 2 copies in S3 storage
