Originally submitted via email from Lara Miller: "Writing to report a confusing sticky point with the new “My Library Card” feature. When patrons go to review their items checked out the individual cards list the “return to” library. But the “return to” library really lists the book’s permanent home and doesn’t effectively communicate to patrons that they can actually return their items to any Emory Library. Included is a screenshot of what patrons see as an attachment (taken from my person account). As an Oxford College person, I’d see this and think I’m required to return the item to Woodruff. Submitting my observation as feedback for the team."

We are limited on what text we can add to the card (essentially we have a choice of only a few available fields); but this has been changed to say return to Emory University Libraries instead of the owning library to mitigate confusion.
