Caching for aggregate bloom filters

Cache a few aggregate bloom filters in memory, similar to what we used to do for regular bloom filters. The number of aggregate bloom filters should probably be quite a bit smaller, since an aggregate filter is much bigger than a regular bloom filter in terms of memory consumption.
