crontab -e as root will expose the script being used for server backup, and
crontab -e

Pending to close the issue:
Add a wiki section explaining what line on the cron tab summons the backup script(s?) and how often.
Where are the scripts located
Where does the script saves the backup
How to use the back to restore, or if we should call him at that point.
Also double check where lies the database script backup!
