oda-hub/nb2workflow#218 is a fix for a conversion problem. Until it's integrated into bot build, just remove the second # in the annotation comment

Just a note (not related to the issue): the annotations of window_size_RA, window_size_DEC are wrong.
It should be http://odahub.io/ontology#AngleDegrees, a subclass of
WorkflowParameter.
