If the card is PIN protected it cannot be written to - can this option be added / fixed?

Why cannot you just remove the PIN using card reader or the phone?

Yes. You cannot switch profile if you enable a PIN code.

The PIN support doesn't make sense since the profiling process are done in one way only, based of current profiling standard, modification do not reflect on server copy of your profile, the modified PIN and PUK are not setting back to server, if you delete the profile and redownload it, you will got the same PIN and PUK and Enabled/Disabled configuration.

There is no way to modify PUK code, is there? ADM2 keys are tightly protected secret...

Maybe your carrier can do some modifications on server side.
