Client complains about connection at run time

For whatever reason, the client is complaining about having connection issues with the server. I can verify that the client does in fact send a poly file request to the server and we supposedly send the appropriate packet back to the respective client, but something tells me that the data isn't being properly sent.

Currently, the client asks for the policy file request (as previously mentioned) before complaining and ultimately dropping the connection (I would assume).
