Contract Verification tabs don't read as tabs

Its hard to tell that the tabs at the top of the Contract Verification plugin are tabs and its also hard to tell which one is the active one because there is not enough contrast between the active one and the rest.

For example in the image below the setting tab is the current tab - but it is hard to read the color difference with the rest of the tabs. And the spacing of the gear icon makes it look like it is not necessarily associated with the Settings title.
