Rationale

It is beneficial to be able to filter logs on an _action prefix_for both devops (estimating the health of network) and end-users (keeping certain logs for audit purposes). This action-prefix is meant to group different functionalities of SWAP together (such as deployment, adding balance, cashing cheque) and can span multiple functions

User-Story

• As a user of SWARM, I want to be able to effectively filter the log-items based on high-level actions of SWAP, such that I can estimate the health of my running Swarm node and keep the needed log-items for audit-purposes.

• No single log-item in SWAP source-code has no action prefix
