0.96: Several font/line height/button width glitches on 4k (3820x2160) displays #340

Several windows in 0.96 do not properly display on 4k (3820 x 2160) displays - as evidenced by the attached screen shots.

I've tested that on a Dell XPS 15 4k/UHD (3820 x 2160).
Windows Display Size adjustment factor was: 225%.

Underlying reason seems to be that the line height/cell width is not correctly calculated for the (auto-scaling?) font to be fully displayed.
