Thank you for the wonderful extension!

I want to use it in Positron (a fork of VSC by Rstudio for R and Python). Positron only has access to OpenVSX extensions and not to original Microsoft extensions due to licensing reasons. Some instructions are available here.

Would definitely consider! I have done this before, but wasn't sure there would be demand!

Given the code is fully open source, you may also be able to do this yourself
