Hi, great work on ExaFMM.

I think it would be useful to clarify what code is originally yours and can be used under the BSD license advertised in the LICENSE file, and what code has been copied (i.e. the GPL code in intrinsics.h). Right now I the license file gives the misleading impression that it is all BSD-licensed.
