The Bob Excercise specifies that Bob responses to a yelled question (i.e., a question ASKED IN ALL CAPS) with Calm down, I know what I'm doing!, but the Swift test for this expects Whoa, chill out!. Based on https://github.com/exercism/problem-specifications/blob/main/exercises/bob/description.md, I think the tests are wrong, but I'm not entirely positive I'm interpreting the exercise correctly.
Is the test wrong or did I misinterpret the exercise?
