The issues below tracks overrides and workarounds on examples that should be reverted before version 4.2.1 (or newer) is released.

Fixes display issues with the FieldNote Overview example.

One of ths issues were introduced by chrome 56 and is reported under
extnet/Ext.NET#1428. This should be reverted as soon as the issue (or
chrome) is fixed.

It also adds mechanism to make the form panel fit its contents depending
on the theme.

Related github issue: #12.

Issue extnet/Ext.NET#1431 tracks removing this override on next Ext.NET
public update.

extnet/examples5.ext.net#12 should also be reverted (the style override on x-form-item-body) once update is published.

Update: This item has been slated to Ext.NET 4.3.0 release and will not be fixed for 4.2.1.

extnet/examples5.ext.net#13 should also be reverted. likewise 12 above.

Only extnet/examples5.ext.net#11 override has been undone. The others have a respective issue open on Ext.NET. As soon as the issue is fixed, they should be tracked to be undone.
