Describe the bug
using version 2.0.12+20241214094407 chanced icon does not stay changed in Toolbar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to desktop
  2. Click on "windows explorer" and change icon
  3. drag icon to Taskbar (it shows it changed, but restart Seleen Ui
  4. Icon missing, but when restart old icon is back

In fact, Seelen UI gets all the icons at startup and stores them in C:\Users\{your user}\AppData\Roaming\com.seelen.seelen-ui\icons\system, and this is not done at runtime!
