Already MFO part if handled through the Config Flag, similarly, these Option should be handled with new Flag so that if the Flag is Disabled, it will be only used to Reset the Password (Authorization Part)

@sshankaramanchi we need to think the entire flow through a bit. Let's hold off on implementing this change until we implement the changes to the login screen as discussed here: #188
