Remove unused CSS (and JS ?)

We currently have quite a lot of unused CSS and JS. Website performance could be improved by reducing CSS and JS size, but this would require to host reduced versions of these files ourselves. Another approach for reducing CSS size could be to write our own specific and smaller styles.

Modularizing rdf.js would be an issue on its own. But if a reduced version of UIdKit could speed up the site I would suggest to give it a go.
