hierarchical xml/rdf export

I would like to use OpenRefine to generate RDF/XML for my project, but I need to be able to output one set of nested tags:

This use case isn't anywhere in the documentation that I can see, so either this is a fix request (please update the documentation to explain how to create hierarchical RDF/XML) or a feature request (please make it possible to create hierarchical RDF/XML). To be clear, I seem to be able to create a hierarchy in the skeleton, but that hierarchy is stripped from the RDF/XML export.

I already use OpenRefine to clean the data for my project (http://www.mesa-medieval.org/), but it would be great to be able to generate RDF/XML directly out of OpenRefine instead of having to export it and run a whole different series of processes.
