Does anyone would have an idea why such behavior can happen ?

Basically interrogating routers to get their neighbors seems in some cases to trig some devices announce.

I'm trying to understand this pb raised by some Zigate users
KiwiHC16/Abeille#2105

but you can also find a similar issue there
Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt#3662

most-likely the device restarted and so do a Device Announcement. Buggy firmware , or not supporting LQI request

In the same area, I don't know if you have seen it buut it looks like the profalux doesn't provide the RelationShip information.
For all my shutters the Relationship field is always set to None

In conclusion bug in device firmware is expected, especially if we don't get latest firmware update :-(
