These all have institutional backing. I'm currently using a learninglocker Docker container to test-run RusticiSoftware/TinCanJS and it performs reasonably well. But the process I'd like to follow is
Eliminate frameworks with undesirable tech stack (PHP? Tomcat?)
Eliminate frameworks with missing features (OAuth 2.0? Extensible LRS statements?)
Compare framework maturity and support
Select for good fit with the rest of the infrastructure
@balmas Current state of affairs. We also need to figure out where and how we harvest the user metrics in Arethusa and/or storage-side. I'd say we take an hour at the end of next week to clarify technical issues, and then loop in MC.
