Whoever rocked me, my Facebook account has been hacked, the email and phone number have been changed how can I get it back to how it was before I'm begging for help

I advice you rely your problems to this expert bohdanbohdan93 @ mail . ru he saved me too within 48hours.. i just can't imagine what i would have done without him
