GetEnergyPrices provides historical values of energy unit price: https://developers.tron.network/reference/getenergyprices

gotron-sdk gRPC doesn’t yet support querying these values, support was recently added here: https://github.com/tronprotocol/tips/blob/master/tip-586.md
