I just asked to annotate logs of a failed LibreOffice build. Detective will download a 650MB SRPM to extract spec from.
It's been more than 5 minutes and the operation is still in progress.
I'd limit the download size of stuff to... i.e. 50MB
No one will wait so long...

Could we download from DistGit and fallback to SRPM downloads only if DistGit download is not possible (for builds from uploaded SRPM builds)?
Triage: we should also provide UI warning that there's a download limit
