There is a bit of public bitrotting happens to Fedora infrastructure.

https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages is 503

I would propose placing a landing page there with explanation and link to current status update. Which leads to another problem..

https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedora-packages got archived with no redirection links

Like @heis2201 question at fedora-infra/fedora-packages#450 will not get reply on new app.
