as discussed with @ppzrh and @schoffelen. It would appear under https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/getting_started/.

I will start with FieldLine and then ask Ryan for the Cerca equivalent.

@ppzrh we have the following for FieldLine data by now

Next week we have the FieldTrip MEG/EEG toolkit course in Nijmegen and one of the participants from Zurich will get a Cerca system in the near future and would like to use FieldTrip on Cerca example data next week. Could you share some example data for him to start on? That would also allow us to implement the readers etc.

Hi @robertoostenveld

That's great, I will start putting things together and find some data to share

If you could share a 64 triaxial dataset, that would be ideal (as that is what they will get). But a dataset from fewer sensors/channels would also be useful (or possibly both).

Initial objectives: reading the data, detecting triggers, preprocessing, epoching, averaging an ERF, and some 2D plotting (i.e., making a 2D layout). Stretch goals include denoising, spatial coregistration, etc.

I will have the dataset ready to upload tomorrow (28th May). It is a public holiday in the uk today so don’t currently have access

Much appreciated! Let me know if I can help to get the data transferred in case that is needed. I can send you an "invite link" to our protected upload server.

Thanks for the great example, that is very useful for the website and the course that we have going on this week!

I have formatted the getting started from the word document into markdown and added that to the website. I have also uploaded the example data to our server at https://download.fieldtriptoolbox.org/example/cerca/

I will check a bit later how the example appears at https://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/getting_started/cerca/, it takes a few minutes to render the html page. Course participants are now arriving, so I have to get to work here...
