LifeX recently published their own version of the LDRB code and uploaded binaries to zenodo. At zenodo they also added a few interesting meshes, and it would be interesting to test out this package on these examples.

The atrial geometries are not yet supported and would require implementing a different LDRB method e.g

R. Piersanti, P. C. Africa, M. Fedele, C. Vergara, L. Dede’, A. F. Corno, and A. Quarteroni. “Modeling cardiac muscle fibers in ventricular and atrial electrophysiology simulations”. In: Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering 373 (2021), p. 113468.

The geometries with outflow tracts partially work by marking both tracts as base, but we should implement a different algorithm for the, see #13
