Anyone else having trouble deploying functions with v13.19.0

Starting today, our CircleCI deploys of firebase functions started failing because of the old:

The following functions are found in your project but do not exist in your local source code:
[ list of functions here ]

The trouble is, the referenced functions do exist in local source. If we switch back to [email protected] this issue doesn't happen.

If I have more time I'll describe our setup and what is happening. High-level: we are still on firebase-functions: 5.0.1 and use type: commonjs in our package file.

FWIW others seem to be having issues deploying functions with v13.19.0 as well (thought not quite the same as mine) #7720
