[Feature Request] Allow PR submitters to stop builds

There are times I'd want to change something in a Flatpak repo (typo, etc.) which would result in a couple of hours of compilation, such as Chromium and ungoogled-chromium. I'd like a feature that gives access to PR submitters (including myself) to stop the building process for environmental and economical purposes only for their PR, and not for others' PR.

I'm not sure if this is the right repo to suggest this issue.
