In theory we have a FAQ for that, but in our case it is not working that way. (https://github.com/flobz/psa_car_controller/blob/master/FAQ.md) Had the same problem yesterday, same hanging app all the same. Even called the german support and made them switch to panic mode by throwing too many tec terms ^^. My solution was to downgrade the app. I used for my case the myPeugeot app version 1.33 I got from APKMirror. Then it happily did what I expected it to. It wanted me to reset my PIN I entered wrong more than three times. (I did not, but who cares if it works then^^). Then it was working again. |

How you removed the subscription to e-remote?
From the APP?
from the citroen site?
Could you be so kind to share how you unsubscribed e-remote service?

Hi All,
after the installation of new version of psa-car-cantroller, my e-remote account seems blocked.
I can't access the e-remote functions nor from APP nor from psa-car-controller.
If I try to reinstall the APP on the phone when I try to register the phone the procedure stop when I insert the PIN:
procedure I follows:
If I try to change my PIN I receive this error:
2317: Forbidden operation (due to activated state/blocked state/upgradable state
So now the My Citroen APP does not work and also the psa-car-controller is unable to access citroen, with this log:

Is it possible that Citroen blocked my account?
I read into my citroen app policy that they can block account if you use an external APP like psa-car-controller.
