I've been trying to get PSA Car Controller to run on MacOS (M1 Silicon). I had some issues with language locale but managed that. The --web-conf thingy to get things going seems to work fine. When I start the app with the resulting configuration files, I do see my mileage and remaining charge percentage. In the log I also see some additional stuff like temperature.
Unfortunately, no position data is available. I've checked the issues and that seems to be a known thing. Maybe something to do with privacy? I also haven't seen any data appear in 'trips'.
I thought it was the (seemingly) unsupported MacOS, so I redid everything in Ubuntu 22.04. Same experience, except for the language locale thing (that worked out of the box). But also there, I only get battery percentage and mileage.
My car is a Peugeot e2008 (I guess that should not matter, really).
So my question is, really, if there is trip information associated in PSA's servers for my VIN, does it show kind-of immediately in the app dashboard, or do I need to be really patient?
